Study crystal pack to help with motivation and focus. This crystal pack includes 4 crystals and a information sheet. The pack comes packaged in a white organza bag which is perfect to carry around.

Crystals:
Smoky quartz- reduces bad thoughts and negative feelings. It can ease stress and tension. 
Black tourmaline- helps you focus your mind but also a great protective stone which can help with distractions. very calming and can be used to stimulate mental clarity.
Amazonite- Helps sooth feelings of anxiety and stress to do with studying
Labradorite- helps strengthen your memory and enhances your energy

How to use crystals:
- place them in your bag or pocket
- place them around your home 
- place certain ones next to your bath or shower to help you relax. ( be careful as some crystals can't go in water)
- meditate with them
- wear them as jewellery
