Crystals:
amethyst- very soothing, known as nature's tranquillizer. soothsayer stress and anxiety 
Blue quartz- alleviates fear. helps uplift emotions which can restore peace
clear quartz- a healing stone, also amplifies other crystals
smoky quartz- a protective stone which can help shield against bad thoughts and negative dreams

How to use crystals:
- place them in your bag or pocket
- place them around your home 
- place certain ones next to your bath or shower to help you relax. ( be careful as some crystals can't go in water)
- meditate with them
- wear them as jewellery
