Crystals:
Rose quartz- the crystal of love, encourages self love and peace
Rhodonite- helps balance the good and bad energies in the body. Helps keep you grounded
Red jasper- can help with confidence and bring a shot of self esteem when you need it
Rainbow moonstone- has feminine energy, known as the stone of new beginnings. Has a gentle and calming energy

How to use crystals:
- place them in your bag or pocket
- place them around your home 
- place certain ones next to your bath or shower to help you relax. ( be careful as some crystals can't go in water)
- meditate with them
- wear them as jewellery
