Confidence crystal pack

Confidence crystal pack to help bring out that inner confidence. This crystal pack includes 4 crystals and a information sheet. The pack comes packaged in a white organza bag which is perfect to carry around.

Crystals:
Gold tigers eye- enhancing mental clarity and focus. Brings you back to reality if you have self doubt.
Carnelian- used for power, bravery and boldness. Promotes confidence, especially in being able to speak what you feel
Amazonite- known to bring balance to a chaotic situation and erratic thoughts. A calming stone
Black tourmaline- Helps protect against bad thoughts and self doubt 

How to use crystals:
- Place the crystals on your bedside table or shelf. This is better if you are using them for young children since they will be out of the way
- place one crystal under your pillow to help with sleep. If you are doing this I would recommend a relaxing crystal like Amethyst
- carry them around in your pocket, bag, wallet, car ect
-place them near your bath or shower when you want some extra relaxation. Do NOT put them directly in water as some crystals can be damaged in water
- wear them as jewellery, if you have a spiral cage that holds tumble stones this would be perfect. You can also get crystal pendants, rings and bracelets.
- simply collect them, even if you do not believe in the healing properties of crystals they are very pretty and can be soothing to look at and even good to fiddle with due to the shapes and cooling touch.
